Biography
Brooke Manino is the founder and President of Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, LLC, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals, small businesses and leadership teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. Each program is customized to the special needs of the client ranging from one to one coaching to overall strategic organizational design as well as performance and change management.
Brooke is a seasoned leader with demonstrated success in building high performing teams to deliver upon critical business objectives. Key strengths include her ability to identify strategic organizational needs and design team structures and business processes to achieve superior business outcomes. Brooke’s leadership skills, strategic thinking and change management capabilities enable her to form collaborative partnerships across organizations to successfully implement transformational initiatives.
Brooke brings extensive coaching experience from her corporate career to guide her clients through the ALPS Coaching program. This expertise, combined with her training at the FastTrack Coaching Academy, enables her to leverage strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help her clients achieve their desired success. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association and the American Management Association. Brooke is a skilled facilitator, both as a leader of training programs as well as in participatory programs for strategy development, goal setting, and team building. Brooke is a Certified Practitioner of the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) which she uses in her executive coaching, leadership development and team building initiatives.
Prior to Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, Brooke spent 20 years with D&B and American Express in a variety of senior global leadership positions delivering critical business results through diverse team structures. Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and French from William Jewell College and a Master’s degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Brooke serves as Vice President on the Board of Trustees for Child and Family Resources, a non–profit organization in Morris County. She is currently the President of BNI’s Business Exchange chapter in Summit, NJ. Brooke is also the Educational Chair on the Board of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association.
